We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)

Under the GDPR, we are required to identify a legal basis for each processing activity. The legal bases we rely on are:

Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b))

Processing required to provide our services to you: account creation, service delivery, subscription management, and customer support.

Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f))

Processing for security monitoring, fraud prevention, product improvement (using aggregated/anonymized data), and analytics — where our interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a))

Where we rely on consent — such as for marketing communications or optional analytics — you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))

Processing required to comply with applicable German and EU law, including tax and commercial law record-keeping obligations.

For the processing of special categories of personal data (such as data reflecting religious beliefs within Holy AI), we rely on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time.

6. AI Features & Data Processing

Our AI-powered applications (AURA AI, Holy AI, Zappy AI, and Impact AI) process your text inputs to generate AI responses. The following applies to all AI-powered features:

6.1 Input Transmission

Text prompts you submit are transmitted securely to AI model providers (which may include OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar services) for processing. These providers act as data processors on our behalf under data processing agreements compliant with GDPR Art. 28.

6.2 Conversation History

Depending on the application, conversation history may be stored locally on your device or in our cloud infrastructure to enable continuity of conversations across sessions. You may delete your conversation history at any time through the application's settings.

6.3 Model Training

We do not use your personal inputs to train our own AI models. However, third-party AI providers may have their own policies regarding model training. We configure our integrations to opt out of training where available and contractually prohibit our processors from using your data for their own model training.

6.4 Holy AI — Sensitive Data

Inputs submitted to Holy AI may reflect your religious beliefs, which constitute special category data under Art. 9 GDPR. We apply additional safeguards to this data, including encryption at rest and in transit, and strictly limited access controls.

7. In-App Purchases & RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions across our applications. RevenueCat processes purchase data on our behalf and provides us with subscription status, entitlement management, and analytics about subscription performance.

Data shared with RevenueCat includes: your Apple anonymized subscriber ID, subscription tier and status, purchase timestamps, and app identifiers. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card details — these remain with Apple.

RevenueCat acts as a data processor under our data processing agreement. For more information about RevenueCat's data practices, please review their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple processes payment transactions through its In-App Purchase infrastructure. Payment data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy, available at apple.com/legal/privacy.

  • —Session duration and screen views
  • —Feature interaction events (e.g., button taps, feature usage counts)
  • —Stack traces and error logs in the event of a crash

Analytics data is collected in aggregated or pseudonymized form. We do not use analytics to build individual behavioral profiles for advertising purposes. Where required by law or our legitimate interest assessment, analytics are only enabled after you have given consent (e.g., via an opt-in prompt at first launch).
